i want to have impact (i'm not there yet). i love cooking for people and playfully experiment with food, exercise and remaining healthy is really important to me.

trust and honesty are most important values; i have a huge appreciation for creativity (i wish i was more creative) and find fulfilment in enabling others to see things from a different perspectives. i love exploring what drives people, the 'shouldisms' of life - it explains why i started a class of their own podcast.
